A booking can be arranged via the telephone or email. If you would prefer to make an appointment to view the Austin Princess, Austin 10 Sherbourne or Austin Berkeley, we can arrange this for you at a convenient time without obligation, to discuss your individual wedding needs.

Each car is available to hire for upto 4 hours. There will be an additional hourly charge after this. We require a £50 non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your wedding date. This payment can be made by cash, cheque or an online bank transfer. Please contact us for these details.

Once a deposit has been paid we will issue you with a receipt. A booking form will be sent to you to confirm all of your wedding details.

Full payment will be required 4 weeks prior to your wedding. We will send you a friendly reminder before this date arrives.

We will contact you within 7 days of your wedding to confirm that all of the addresses and timings on the booking form are correct, and to make sure that nothing has changed.
